We aim to respond to customers within 24-48h Monday to Friday (0900-1700 UTC). Please be aware during busy periods, it can sometimes take us a little longer than usual to reply to you, and we will get to you as soon as we can. We also ask that you only send one message at a time - don't bombard our customer service team with multiple messages across multiple platforms, as this just means it'll take longer for us to reply to you and other customers.
In some rare occasions our email replies may go to your spam folder so please check there before getting back in touch. The best way to get in touch with us is via the chat function in the bottom right hand corner of our website, if a customer service agent isn't available at the time, please leave your email and your query and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
DaaSiGwaa doesn't have a phone number. We do not have a call centre and our customer service team is not able to handle a high volume of calls. This is all to provide the best customer service experience for all of our customers.
All the DaaSiGwaa channels are manned by real-life humans, so whilst you may occasionally receive an automated response, trust that we have seen you message and we will respond as soon as we can.

A claim for incorrect items must be made within seven days of the delivery date.
For products with detachable bases: The cup base, which may contain a motor or other electronic components, must not be cleaned in a dishwasher. Other parts, such as the plastic cup body and lid, are dishwasher safe.
For products without electronic components, such as salad cups, they are entirely dishwasher safe.
Add warm water and a drop of dish soap, then activate the vortex for self-cleaning. If possible, detach the motor unit afterwards and rinse the bottle with warm water.
DO NOT get the motor unit wet.
DO NOT use abrasive sponge or scourer.
Our electric shaker bottles are not designed to be used with solid foodstuffs - powdered supplement drinks only.
We do not recommend using hot liquids in any of our products.
However, as our items are made from Tritan or stainless steel, they can withstand hot liquids. When using hot liquids, ensure the lid is not tightly sealed, as pressure buildup may force the lid open and result in splashing of hot liquid.
Our mixers are intended for powdered nutrition and liquid ingredients. Get creative and try adding powdered peanut butter, pre-workout, flaxseed powder, cinnamon and so much more. You could even use your shaker to mix your eggs or baby formula.
Do not use solids.
On a full charge, the battery lasts up to 30 Days with regular use (1-2 shakes/day). Recharge using the included USB cable when needed for uninterrupted use.
