Warranty Coverage Period

DaaSiGwaa always prioritizes customer experience. We offer a 12-month replacement for any quality issues, along with lifetime technical support, providing you with peace of mind over an extended period starting from the date of your order.

Coverage Details

The warranty covers any manufacturing fault or flaw. It does not cover accidental damage or water damage to the motor (unless resulting from a leaking seal).

How to Claim Warranty

If you purchased any item from the official DaaSiGwaa website or if Amazon's 30-day return window has expired, please email us directly at support@daasigwaa.com

Required Information for Claims

To help us investigate, please provide the following details:

  • Your order number (If your order was placed on Amazon, please refer to the guide below to find your Amazon order number.)
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem
  • What you use the product for/with
  • Your email address

Once we receive this information, we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Exclusions

The DaaSiGwaa warranty policy does not apply to orders from unauthorized retailers.
